Cafe Inggo is one such place. The cafe is a secret (but perhaps not for long) dining place that offers delicious and comforting Spanish-Filipino food. Cafe Inggo is led by long-time chef and well-respected culinary expert, Chef Willy Domingo. He was the first Filipino Sous Chef in the hospitality industry when he was part of the opening team of Harana restaurant in Edsa Shangri-La Hotel.
