Cafe Inggo Promises the Comfort of Spanish-Filipino Food
Is there anything more comforting than home-cooked food? Today’s fast-paced world has forced us to make do with junk food or whatever can be found cheap at the nearest street corner. And while this keeps us alive for the most part, there is always an emptiness inside. Food — as many of us tend to forget — is not just to sustain life, but our souls.
This is not as corny as it sounds. Many food establishments are built on the promise of good quality food that is affordable and most importantly, made with passion and love.
Cafe Inggo is one such place. The cafe is a secret (but perhaps not for long) dining place that offers delicious and comforting Spanish-Filipino food. Cafe Inggo is led by long-time chef and well-respected culinary expert, Chef Willy Domingo. He was the first Filipino Sous Chef in the hospitality industry when he was part of the opening team of Harana restaurant in Edsa Shangri-La Hotel.
