August 8, 2022 was the Cafe's 5 years in operation, two of which were the pandemic years.

To celebrate not only its survival during the most trying time in its existence, but its bouncing back better than pre-pandemic times, the officers and staff trooped to The Manor at Camp John Hay for a 3-day rest and recreation.

Staff who joined the cafe from the beginning were recognized and awarded.
