Fr. Oscar Novem Enjaynes, OP – also known as Fr. Auckhs, is a member of the Wild Bird Club of the Philippines. His photographs of birds have been featured in several photo exhibits in Bataan, Pampanga, and Davao City. A coffee table book by Alain Pascua entitled “Haring Ibon – The Great Philippine Eagle” also features Fr. Auckhs' photographs of the famed monkey-eating eagle in the wild. His photographs of endemic birds in the Philippines were also featured in a calendar by NCCC Mall of Davao. He is the lead guitarist of an all-Dominican Friars band known as Inggo 1587.
